Joseph Redden received an associate degree in photography from Cecil Community College, North East, Maryland, and a BA in journalism at the University of Delaware in Newark. He was a photographer/reporter for two Delaware newspapers and drove on many country roads looking for interesting people to photograph.

 

In 1996, Redden started a home-based business called Foto Doctor, specializing in digitally restoring old and damaged photographs. Joe loves taking pictures on his various travels and has exhibited his work in Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, and Philadelphia. In his spare time, he enjoys writing mysteries and suspense novels. His first book, entitled Emotional Overload, was published in 1992.
